Tanning in a tanning booth
Having a wax or chemical depilatory treatment (five days prior)
Getting neurotoxin or dermal filler injections (two days prior)
Avoid sun exposure
Refrain from use of Tretinoin, Retin-A, Renova, Differin, Tazorac, EpiDuo, Ziana, and high percentage AHA and BHA products for approximately five days prior to treatment

Arrive with clean & dry skin free of oils
Make sure hair length is about 1/4 inch long (about the size of a grain of rice)
